REHABILITATION SERVICES
 

 

Our comprehensive rehabilitation program is designed with the special needs of the resident in mind.

 

Our physical,

occupational and speech

therapists evaluate each

resident and develop

individualized goals

and treatment plans to

improve and maintain

each individuals maximum potential level of function.

 

We provide long term and short term therapy programs. Many of our residents who have participated in our intensive rehabilitation program have successfully returned back to the community with the ability to do for themselves. Continued care services and discharge planning is arranged for those individuals who return back to the community.
